Raleigh–Durham, N.C., July 2026
Bring IT, an Oracle NetSuite ERP implementation and consulting partner, today announced that Chris Daugherty has joined the company as EPM Practice Director, based in Denver, Colorado.
Daugherty spent nearly five years at Oracle NetSuite, where he worked across both sides of the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) conversation: selling EPM solutions and living inside FP&A processes himself. In his time there, he supported as many as 90 sales reps across 12 mid-market teams, building out NetSuite Planning and Budgeting practices before the broader EPM and analytics suite came online.
At Bring IT, Daugherty will lead the build-out of the company’s EPM practice from the ground up. His initial focus will be to strengthen the industries where Bring IT already has deep IP and product expertise: Healthcare, Hospitality, and Franchise. From there, the practice is positioned to expand into other industries where EPM delivers strong returns, including retail with multiple locations, manufacturing and distribution, and private-equity-backed portfolio companies that need consolidated reporting across entities. His mandate includes developing industry-configured environments, moving beyond generic EPM deployments toward solutions built around how these businesses actually operate.
“What’s broken inside most finance teams isn’t a tool problem. It’s a connection problem,” said Chris Daugherty, EPM Practice Director of North America at Bring IT. “Companies build great Excel models, but Excel breaks. Something shifts, a formula slips, and teams spend hours just tracking down where it went wrong instead of doing the actual analysis. EPM removes that entirely. Data flows straight from accounting and the ERP into planning and reporting, so everything stays connected on its own. That matters even more in industries like healthcare, hospitality, and franchise, where the revenue side needs a different approach entirely.”
Bring IT’s leadership sees the hire as a step toward deepening the company’s industry-first approach to NetSuite and Oracle implementations.
“Chris brings a level of EPM expertise that’s rare in this market. He’s sat on both sides of the table, selling EPM at Oracle and living inside FP&A himself. That means our clients in Healthcare, Hospitality, and Franchise get a partner who understands the finance problem, not just the software,” said Matt Hayton, General Manager of North America at Bring IT.“
Daugherty’s addition comes as Bring IT continues to expand its EPM and analytics capabilities across its top verticals, reinforcing the company’s shift toward an industry-segmented approach to NetSuite and Oracle consulting.
