The partnership aims to shorten NetSuite implementations and help customers recognize value faster
Raleigh–Durham, N.C., October 2026

Bring IT, a global Oracle NetSuite Alliance Partner, announced a partnership with Auctor, an AI platform for software implementation teams, to reduce the time it takes customers to see value from NetSuite. The initiative focuses on carrying customer context smoothly from Sales to Delivery, so projects move forward with less time lost to knowledge transfer.
A NetSuite implementation depends on understanding how a company works, including its processes, systems, and the reasons behind its decisions. That knowledge often lives across meeting notes, documents, and individual team members. When context is lost in a handoff, implementation takes longer as teams rebuild knowledge that already exists. Bring IT’s partnership with Auctor is designed to keep that understanding with the project and shorten the path to value.
“Customers put a lot of time into helping us understand how their business works. That understanding should stay with them throughout the project,” said Denis Campacci de Oliveira, Director of AI Transformation and Operational Excellence at Bring IT. “We want our people to spend more time working through decisions with customers and less time rebuilding context or starting documents from scratch. AI platforms are one of our best opportunities to serve more clients, more efficiently and in less time.”
Keeping customer knowledge connected
The initial work will focus on sales-to-delivery handoffs, requirements gathering, solution design documents, and functional and technical specifications. Auctor will help turn information gathered in customer conversations into structured first drafts that follow Bring IT’s delivery standards. Keeping this knowledge in a single source allows Bring IT to automate document generation, while automated workflows help Delivery teams start work as soon as Sales hands over a project. This frees consultants for higher-value work with customers, such as understanding a requirement, working through an exception, or discussing the right approach.
“Every customer brings a body of knowledge that is unique to them: their business model, the specifics of their processes, their system architecture, and the customizations they have built over time,” said Alejandro Camacho, Global Head of Solutions at Bring IT. “With Auctor, we are centralizing that knowledge in one place, so every team that joins a project starts from what the customer has already told us.”
Under Bring IT’s “Human Intelligence, Amplified by AI” approach, a Bring IT expert will review and approve every deliverable before it reaches the customer. Consultants remain responsible for interpreting requirements, making recommendations, and guiding project decisions.
The approach also brings controls for access, data handling, and approvals to the company level. Each customer’s information is kept separate, and deliverables can be traced back to the conversations that informed them, helping reviewers check the work against its source.
A phased rollout
Bring IT is introducing the approach in phases, starting with its North American teams across the customer journey, from sales through delivery. Adoption is planned to extend to Bring IT’s teams in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and Latin America.
The longer-term goal is for the understanding built in the first customer conversation to carry through go-live and support, so customers reach value faster and keep moving forward with a team that knows their business.
