Receiving three Winter 2026 NetSuite Spotlight Awards is meaningful for Bring IT, but what matters most is what those awards represent. Each one reflects the trust of a client, the work of a team, and a project that helped a business operate with more clarity, control, and confidence.
This season, Oracle NetSuite recognized projects delivered with Neostella, Cenergy Power, and St. Croix Hospice, in the categories of Software and Technology, Solar, and Rapid Scaling.
These were very different businesses, in very different industries. What they had in common was the need for stronger systems, better visibility, and a structure that could support growth without adding more friction.
Building the foundation for international growth
For Neostella, recognized in Software and Technology, the work centered on giving a growing legal technology company a stronger financial structure across the United States, Mexico, and Colombia.
The value of the project was not only in connecting core processes, but in creating a more reliable base for reporting, visibility, and day to day control across countries. It gave the business a setup that could better support growth without losing consistency along the way.
The engagement was supported by a team that combined delivery leadership, project management, functional consulting, and implementation support. That balance helped keep the project coordinated, practical, and aligned with the needs of a multi country operation.
Bringing more order to a complex operating model
For Cenergy Power, recognized in Solar, the priority was different. Here, the challenge was how to bring more structure and visibility to a business operating across a large multi subsidiary environment.
The project helped create a more consistent framework for oversight, reporting, and financial control. More than a systems improvement, it gave leadership a clearer way to manage complexity and make decisions with better visibility across the organization.
Creating a stronger base for scale
For St. Croix Hospice, recognized in PE Rapid Scaling, the focus was on strengthening the financial side of a healthcare organization as it grew in a demanding environment.
The project helped establish a more dependable operating base through better payment processes, stronger reporting, and tighter controls. The impact was practical and immediate: more consistency in core processes and a stronger foundation to support continued growth.
This engagement was supported by a team that combined project oversight, consulting leadership, business analysis, and delivery management. In a project like this, that mix helps translate operational needs into a structure the organization can actually rely on.
The work behind the work
Projects like these do not come together through one function alone. They depend on coordination across delivery, consulting, integrations, business intelligence, and development.
Across the three engagements, the broader effort was reinforced by teams supporting system connectivity, reporting and analytics, and technical development. Their work helped sustain the technical and operational side of delivery and made it possible for each project to hold up beyond go-live.
What This Recognition Reflects
Awards are a moment. What lasts is the work behind them.
More than anything, this recognition reflects the trust our clients placed in us and the work our teams put in behind each project. We are grateful to Neostella, Cenergy Power, and St. Croix Hospice for the opportunity to support work that mattered to their businesses, and to every project manager, consultant, analyst, developer, and specialist who helped carry that work forward. These awards mark an important moment, but what gives them real meaning is the partnership, effort, and shared commitment behind them.
