IT Solutions, Crafted by Humans
THE FUTURE OF BUSINESS IN RALEIGH-DURHAM
A NetSuite Global Alliance Partner and human-centered technology firm, Bring IT provides the best people to solve clients’ biggest technology issues.
Technology companies have a tough assignment. They must sell a complex, necessary commodity that many find intimidating, or even threatening. And with information technology progressing at warp speed, tech companies must offer more than just tools and services: They must bring change.
Bring IT was born for this role.
Launched in 2015 during the early days of cloud-based computing, the company has emerged as an award-winning NetSuite Global Alliance Partner and facilitates 360 degrees of successful IT change to sustainable enterprises in the energy, food, health care, and technology verticals.
“We are more than technology consultants; we are a human technology brand,” says Herman Hanssen, Chief Financial Officer. “We bring technology solutions to people”.
Putting People First
Bring IT was designed with an eye to the future of tech management and consulting.
Its CEO, Omar Palacios, was an early adopter of NetSuite—recognized by many as the first cloud computing software company—who noticed a lack of strong partnerships between NetSuite and other tech service companies. At the time, Oracle—the biggest name in enterprise resource planning (ERP)—didn’t yet have cloud ERP software (it eventually bought NetSuite in 2016 for $9.3 billion).
Embracing these opportunities, Palacios founded Bring IT to help clients deploy, configure, and integrate NetSuite into their existing infrastructures.
The company also designed a business transformation arm to help clients define their corporate processes and adopt lean methodologies, whether that meant helping them eliminate excessive paper documentation or training them to use a unified platform rather than the multiple niche products they were used to. While instituting radical shifts is never easy, Bring IT excels in the transformative space.
“Our biggest client is the CFO,” says Hanssen.
“We help them become the transformation agent that leads the digitalization of their company.”
Supporting CFOs and other stakeholders, Bring IT’s teams of talented individuals bear industry-specific expertise.
“We hire this way because we like to understand each client’s business process, pain points, and the issues they want to solve,” Palacios says.
“It’s an added layer of trust,” continues Hanssen.
“Our people understand the language of that industry; they’ve seen comparable customers—and they have a track record of success.”
Drawn from talent pools around the world, Bring IT’s team composes the company’s global footprint, enabling it to partner with multinationals, flex local knowledge, and perform in different time zones. Most importantly, they contribute to a culture of innovation and excitement.
“Our people possess a passion for solving problems for clients,” Hanssen says.
To empower these passionate individuals, Bring IT runs several programs geared toward leaders as well as recent college graduates.
“We’re a human-centered organization first,” Palacios concludes.
“Our goal is to build inclusion and make sure our people feel proud to work for Bring IT.”
