Global Cloud ERP Consulting Provider Adds Deep Supply Chain and Manufacturing Expertise to Support Growing Mid-Market and Enterprise Client Base

Bring IT, a global cloud ERP consulting provider and Oracle NetSuite Alliance Partner, today announced the appointment of Zach Goldstein as Solution Consultant, effective December 1, 2025. This strategic hire reinforces Bring IT’s commitment to delivering specialized NetSuite expertise across product-based businesses and manufacturing sectors, while expanding the company’s solution architecture capabilities in key growth markets.

Goldstein joins Bring IT with nearly a decade of combined operational and ERP consulting experience, bringing a unique perspective that bridges supply chain operations with enterprise software implementation. Prior to joining Bring IT, he served as Senior Solution Architect at Paapri Cloud Technologies, a manufacturing-focused NetSuite alliance partner, and spent four years in various roles within the NetSuite ecosystem, including as a Pre-Sales Solution Consultant for Mid-Market and Corporate customers at Oracle NetSuite.

His foundation in operations was built during five years at Textron in the Aerospace & Defense industry, where he held multiple supply chain roles including participation in a rotational leadership program spanning production planning, manufacturing operations, supply chain analytics, and procurement. This hands-on operational experience, combined with deep NetSuite platform expertise, positions him to deliver meaningful value for Bring IT’s diverse client base.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Zach to our growing team at a pivotal time for our NetSuite practice,” said Matt Hayton, General Manager, North America at Bring IT. “The combination of operational expertise and technical NetSuite knowledge he brings is exactly what our clients need as they navigate increasingly complex supply chain challenges and digital transformation initiatives. His experience working with product-based businesses and manufacturing organizations aligns perfectly with our strategic focus on delivering specialized solutions for companies in these sectors. He understands not just the software, but the real-world operational challenges our clients face every day, and that perspective is invaluable.”

Based in Bring IT’s Raleigh office, Goldstein will focus on expanding the company’s NetSuite practice for product-based businesses, supporting new industry verticals, and advancing solution design capabilities in emerging areas including AI integration and strategic partner solutions. His appointment reflects Bring IT’s continued investment in attracting top-tier talent to support the company’s expansion across its global footprint spanning the United States, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, the Netherlands, and Spain.

“I joined Bring IT because of its leadership, culture, and commitment to innovation,” said Goldstein. “The leadership team consists of experienced NetSuite professionals with a proven track record of growing successful practices, delivering customer outcomes, and maintaining a strong industry reputation. Having worked with Bring IT and several members of the team in previous capacities, I was excited by the opportunity to join a team where I can continue to grow professionally, innovate, and support customers across a wide range of industries. The culture at Bring IT stood out immediately—everyone I met throughout the interview process was honest, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about their work. I’m excited to be based in our Raleigh office and to join a team that consistently puts customers, collaboration, and long-term success first.”

Goldstein’s hire comes at a time when mid-market and enterprise organizations are increasingly seeking ERP partners who understand both the technical capabilities of NetSuite and the operational realities of running complex, multi-location businesses. According to recent industry research, companies are prioritizing ERP consultants who bring vertical industry expertise and can architect solutions that address specific operational challenges rather than generic implementations. This trend has accelerated as supply chain volatility and digital transformation initiatives drive demand for more sophisticated, industry-tailored NetSuite deployments.

As Solution Consultant, Goldstein will work cross-functionally with teams across Bring IT’s organization to design and deliver NetSuite solutions that drive measurable business outcomes for clients. His focus on continuous improvement and technical skill development in areas such as solution architecture, AI applications, and partner ecosystem solutions will help Bring IT maintain its position as a trusted advisor for companies navigating their cloud ERP journeys.
