Addressing Key Challenges

Before moving to NetSuite, the company was dealing with inventory management challenges and in need of more standardized business processes. The Sage system Grover Gaming was using couldn’t scale to support its business growth and lacked a customer relationship management (CRM) integration. The company also wanted to be able to streamline and simplify its billing schedules, installment billing and automated messaging processes.

Wanting a software platform that could grow with its operations and help meet its customers’ demands, Grover Gaming mobilized its finance, procurement and logistics teams to evaluate potential technology platforms. The process took about six months, with NetSuite emerging

as the clear winner to help the company overcome its current technology challenges and prepare for future growth.

The top reasons Grover Gaming selected NetSuite included the platform’s scalability,

the complete suite of products that the vendor was offering (e.g. billing, logistics and procurement) and the available integration between NetSuite and Zendesk, Grover

Gaming’s CRM.

35 Locations and Four Warehouses

After implementing NetSuite in 35 locations and four warehouses, Grover Gaming began using the platform across 30 different personalized roles and dashboards. It’s currently using NetSuite’s Advanced Financials, Demand Planning, Procurement, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management System (WMS) and customized revenue recognition capabilities.

With Bring IT’s expertise and consultative approach, Grover Gaming automated over 80% of critical business processes that were once managed manually. These processes include billing schedules, installment billing, inventory management, product refurbishment and customer service.

Bring IT also worked with the company’s supply chain, logistics and inventory management leaders, helping them understand how NetSuite would scale to support their operations over a three to five year timeline.

To ensure a continuous and transparent customer support experience, Grover Gaming asked Bring IT to integrate its existing CRM with NetSuite using Celigo. Doing so would give the customer service and operations teams the same visibility of order management and demand. The integration would also allow Grover Gaming to automate the management of customer support cases related to products already shipped out or in production.
